What is coaching?

Coaching is a co-created relationship designed to support you in achieving your goals. It looks like a conversation between equals in a confidential space. My job is to support you in creating new awareness, insights, paths, and plans to take action towards reaching your goals. I can provide guidance and accountability. Your job is to show up ready to be honest and open to new perspectives and solutions.

What is unique about the Unearth Coaching experience?

Unearth Coaching is designed to focus on unearthing and bringing to the surface internal obstacles and beliefs that interfere with goal achievement and growth. For example, you are eager to be promoted, but our work unearths a deep belief that you feel like an imposter or fraud. Without bringing this to light, you will unknowingly sabotage your own success. This experience offers is a non-judgmental space to be your truest self. Weirdos welcome.

This is also a space where all identities are not only respected but celebrated. That’s why a sliding scale pricing option is used to help serve you where you are. I am a straight, white, cis-gender woman living with disability with an awareness of my own privilege in society.

What kind of coaching is offered?

Career: Focused on career progress and transformation. Résumé editing is available for an additional fee of $250. For folks focused on career exploration and development.

Executive: Focused on leadership development, vision creation, personnel management, confidence building, and increased effectiveness. For mid-level and senior leaders.

Holistic: Focused on personal and/or professional growth to offer the most flexibility. For folks focused on individual goal setting, increased confidence and effectiveness, work-life harmony, and accountability.

It’s so frustrating when businesses aren’t transparent about pricing. This information allows you to decide if a service is accessible. Transparency and accessibility are core values at Unearth Coaching.

Standard Hourly Rate $250/hr
